The gym's mission is to help members "gain confidence and strength to help build one another," a sentiment that is echoed in the review from a customer who felt "welcome and supported." This family-like atmosphere is a powerful motivator, providing the encouragement needed to push through plateaus and achieve new personal bests. July 27 · James RingleyI’m an novice at lifting. I’ve never done it before and quite frankly I was terrified to try. I was afraid I’d be judged and feel completely out of place. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The atmosphere that Toby and Clint have created is inviting and nonjudgmental. Clint and Toby are both fast to help and explain what the machines do or how to properly lift the free style weights.Thank you Asylum owners and patrons for making everyone feel welcome and supported.I don’t have a pic of me but I have one of my husband.

December 22 · Maribella CMy friend, who’s known the owner for a while, invited me to this gym and it was very simple nothing overly complicated. Owner was very nice friendly and didn’t come across as an egomaniac. Only $10 to get in no complaints from me.
