I've seen such a dramatic Improvement in my son. He was in the junior varsity and now he got moved up to Varsity. He is way more focused and I can't believe the determination and discipline that they have pulled out of him. I definitely recommend bringing your kids or yourself to this place to get in shape lose weight and also have a great time.

She is really learned about fitness and nutrition and how to get in shape but I can’t believe the progress she has made in her Softball swing and running ability. She has lost about 12 pounds and her body is totally changed. The coaches there are great if I could give this place 10 stars I would.
