October 19 · daniel solkamansLooking for a fitness challenge or a change in your fitness routine? This is how I got to this gym.The facility has every machine & weights you need for a good workout. There are also cardio machines & bicycles to warm you up before your workout.The boot camp is what I have been doing there. It is an intense workout for 30 minutes doing 5-8 exercises for 30 seconds rest then get back to it. It is so doable!The facility is always clean. The restrooms are clean with all you need plus a scale to check your weight. You need to read the message on the wall in the bathroom it is spot on!The music there has always been perfect for motivating you to keep going.The staff is very friendly and professional. Each time I walk in they stop to greet me. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable about keeping the workout to fit your goals and needs for each person. For example, past or current injuries. For two months now I can say I am getting results from these quick & intense workouts! Thank you all at Development Fitness for kindly pushing me to be my best self.

I was looking for a posing coach at the time and I was told that “Floyd was one of the best in the business!”From my first interaction with Floyd, I knew that statement was going to find itself to be true. Not only does he come with knowledge and experience, he also is very supportive and encouraging throughout the process!Although at the time, he was just my posing coach, I knew that if I wanted to take my body to the next level, I was going to need him in my corner. I did not just want to compete in Men’s Physique Competitions, I wanted to be the BEST and ultimately obtain the title of “Men’s Physique IFBB PRO”.Once I expressed to him what I wanted to do, he said “You can do it and I can help you get there. Let’s get it!!”Six weeks in to my 2nd time being coached by Floyd (1st time -Posing, 2nd Time- Strength Training & Nutrition) I can honestly say “I am nothing less that impressed!” My Physique has already made dramatic changes.
