I wanted to give her a try ,Based on her nutrition program and her weight training regimen I was able to lose 14 pounds in 1 month and felt great. But she does so much more than that. She works on balance, posture, upper body, lower body, stretching and overall quality of life.She prides herself on making sure that you are getting the results that suit your needs. Alina is a wonderful trainer!

So, I joined Dean's and hired Alina as my personal trainer. Alina is really great. No two workouts are ever the same, and she always makes sure I have good form. I reached my goal of getting up from a chair without using my arms. I continue to train because I like feeling strong. Highly recommend.

I've now been working with her for 6+ months and I couldn't be happier.I have:- Less knee, back, and shoulder pain- Lost weight and gained muscle- Better posture and balance- More energy and confidenceMy initial goal was to just lose some fat and generally get in better shape, but early on it became apparent I was suffering from bad form, poor posture, and muscle imbalances that hurt my workout (I work a desk job and do a lot of sitting). Alina adjusted the workouts quickly to help do more exercises that not only focused on building better form, correcting posture, and fixing imbalances, but also still helped me work on my fitness goals. She also has done a wonderful job outside of the workouts too coach on better nutrition for meals.
