David Barton Gym Introduce
For those in the Las Vegas area seeking a truly unique and high-end fitness experience, David Barton Gym in Tivoli Village offers a distinctive alternative to the mainstream. This is not your typical high-traffic, bustling gym. Instead, it presents itself as an exclusive fitness center that prioritizes ambiance, quality equipment, and a sense of privacy. Located within the stunning and European-inspired Tivoli Village, the gym's setting is a major part of its appeal, providing a beautiful backdrop for your workout routine. As a space that caters to a more discerning clientele, it aims to deliver a top-tier experience that goes beyond simply having weights and machines.
The gym's reputation is built on its luxurious feel and its ability to provide a more secluded workout environment. One customer described it as a "nice cozy gym," highlighting the "clean" and detailed interior design that makes it feel special. This is the kind of place where you might not see more than two people at any given time, which is a significant draw for individuals who value privacy and despise crowded workout floors. While some might find the price to be "a little silly" given the gym's size, others see it as a worthwhile investment for the private and convenient experience it offers. The atmosphere is designed for those who have the budget and desire a quiet, high-end space to focus on their fitness journey without the chaos often found at larger, more popular gyms.
David Barton Gym is situated at 410 S Rampart Blvd #200, Las Vegas, NV 89145, USA, within the picturesque Tivoli Village. This location is a major highlight, as noted by a reviewer who called it a "beautiful place." Situated in the affluent Summerlin area, it is easily accessible for residents in the northwest part of the city and is a short drive from communities along the 215 Beltway. The gym's address is a part of its identity, as it sits within a lively commercial district known for its unique architecture, fountains, and high-end businesses.
The facility's accessibility is also a key feature. It provides a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom. This ensures that the gym is a welcoming and inclusive space for all individuals, regardless of their mobility needs. The convenience of its location within Tivoli Village means that members can also enjoy the surrounding cafes, shops, and general upscale atmosphere before or after their workout. While a user review did mention a parking issue at a different gym, this location benefits from being within a larger, well-maintained complex, which generally provides ample parking.
While specific details on a wide range of services are not publicly available, the core offerings of David Barton Gym are centered around its main function as a high-end fitness center.
Premium Equipment: The gym is equipped with top-of-the-line fitness machinery, designed to provide a high-quality workout experience. The equipment is noted to be in good condition, allowing for effective and safe training.
General Use: The primary service is providing a space for members to engage in their own fitness routines, whether that involves strength training with free weights, using cardio machines, or utilizing the available space for functional exercises.
The gym's focus appears to be on providing a well-equipped, private space for individual workouts rather than a wide array of classes or specialized services. The exclusivity is its main selling point, catering to those who prefer a more solitary and focused workout session.
David Barton Gym is distinguished by a number of key features that make it stand out in the competitive Las Vegas fitness market.
Exclusive and Private Atmosphere: One of the most significant highlights is the gym's low-traffic environment. For a monthly fee, members can enjoy a workout with very few other people around, providing a sense of privacy and exclusivity that is highly valued by some. As one review noted, "I never see more than 2 people here during anytime or the day."
Aesthetic and Design: The gym's location in Tivoli Village is a major draw. The interior design is also a key feature, with one review mentioning "all the details really make it a nice gym." This focus on aesthetics and atmosphere creates a more luxurious and motivating environment than a standard gym.
Convenient Location: The gym is in a very nice and convenient part of Las Vegas, making it easy to access for locals in the northwest region. Its location in a mixed-use development also adds to its appeal.
Restroom: The facility is equipped with a restroom for members' convenience. However, a review did mention that the locker rooms and toilets were not well-maintained, indicating a potential area for improvement.
Payment Flexibility: The gym accepts a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, making transactions seamless.
These features cater to a specific type of gym-goer who values a quiet, upscale environment over a bustling, high-energy one.

For Las Vegas residents, what makes David Barton Gym worth choosing is its specialization in providing a unique, high-end, and private workout space. While some reviews point to management and maintenance issues, particularly with cleanliness and disorganization, the consistent praise for the location, aesthetic, and private atmosphere is a significant draw. One customer who was "disappointed" by the cleanliness still acknowledged that the "location is amazing" and that the gym building itself is "super nice." This highlights the core value of the gym: its beautiful and exclusive setting.
The gym caters to a niche audience that prioritizes privacy over a high-traffic social scene. The low attendance, as noted by a reviewer, means you are less likely to have to wait for equipment, which is a major convenience. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a disappointment! I came to Vegas for the first time and a friend of mine recommended this gym, gotta tell you, I'm a Gym Fanatic. And what a location! I loved the Tivoli, what a beautiful place! The gym building is super nice as well. But dang the gym is chaos! I mean don't get me wrong, good equipment but the weights are just all over the place, not well maintained, the locker rooms are dirty, especially the toilets. You know I'm from Arkansas and we don't run business like this around here. So it was a major disappointment, however the location is amazing, I might come back next year, hope a better management will treat that beautiful spot the way supposed to be treated.Thumbs down, no question.
June 30 · Bruce LockettThis is a nice cozy gym. Love how clean it is and all the details really make it a nice gym but I do think the prices are a little silly. The gym isn't that big to pay so much a month but hey if you got the $$ and want privacy all the time then this is the place. I never see more than 2 people here during anytime or the day. Also in a really nice convenient location.
February 02 · Amy WardI use another gym as my main gym but sometimes I work in this area so I joined so I could use it on those days. It is always quiet which I like (so quiet sometimes there appear to be no staff working?) but I hate going into the locker rooms. Considering there are only about three women total that use this gym, the trash in the locker rooms is always overflowing, the dirty towel basket is literally spilling over onto the floor and the toilets are disgusting. This place obviously doesn't get cleaned daily, in fact, it doesn't even look like it gets cleaned weekly. So revolting. The membership is not cheap either so I don't know where they are spending their money - it's obviously not on a cleaner, the equipment is dated and they don't employ any staff members. There is also no one to put any weights away - sometimes I come in and the weights I saw left out the week prior are still in the same place. A complete disappointment, I will be canceling my membership without returning.
June 30 · Britney SamuelsI got off my plane and went straight to this gym (luggage and all). I had to film a fitness video with a bunch of girls who flew in from around the world and man... what a beautiful gym. Cool vibe. Great equipment. Nice staff. I only got to get a bit of a workout in after the shoot but I really enjoyed the place. Fanciest washrooms around too! Haha. Check them out!
August 15 · Julian LloydI have been a member to dozens of gyms across the country in my 22 years of lifting. I live here in Summerlin and I been a member of the local Lifetime Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and LVAC. DBG is hands down the finest gym experience I have ever seen. A gym is only as good as its patrons. DBG has a very chill atmosphere without the headaches Lifetime or 24 hour have. No kids running around this gym because there is no daycare which is great for adults that don't have kids because you don't pay for other people's childcare (I do that enough with taxes thank you). No meathead juicers here grunting, throwing weights or trying to critque you lifting form. Great views overlooking Tivoli with painless covered parking and elevator direct to gym lobby. Equipment is modern and all working. DBG is very clean and has an incredible locker room (even better than Lifetime). The GM Ryan is doing a great job running the place, don't believe the other squeaker reviews on here this gym is an incredible value. I couldn't believe how affordable this gym was. Month to month modest dues, seriously blows Lifetime Fitness and all other gyms in Vegas out of the water. This is best kept secret in Summerlin I hate sharing this info but the DBG deserves it.
