February 18 · Fetehi MohammedSo it was day 1 at D1 Training Alexandria. First off they were very welcoming. When you walk in Tiana was very welcoming as you walk in and guiding you on what to do. So they relaxed me. Then when I moved in to begin the workout Kevin the trainer for Thursday was amazing and worked with me to help me learn how to use the machines and do the exercises. He was very calm and made me relax and was very encouraging. After the class was over he asked how was it and wanted to know what I liked and didn't like. He also let me know that if any exercise was too much how to modify because their main goal is to NOT create any injury. I give them a 10/10 and I am excited for my 12 classes. Let's GO D1 ALEXANDRIA!!
