I was looking for a perfect strength training workout that is effective yet doable for a beginner like me . The coaches here are amazing..they correct you , pump you up and build that confidence into getting to the next level for you .I used to do home workouts yet nothing beats the community feel and the motivation in a group setting . Their app is so easy to make reservations. Love the entire team here and the energy they spread ! Don't think ..just try out and sign up ! They are one of the best 30 mins sessions you can get for the day 🥰 hard enough and always something new and challenging for each muscle 😂

I was two years past any type of exercise routine since having my son and this program made it possible for me to get back to my better self! The workouts are tailored to ANY level and the fact that you can get a quality workout in just 30 minutes is HUGE if your a working mamma! The coaches and members are so supportive and they do not make you feel uncomfortable if your a beginner instead they lift you up! Its honestly like a family!

I feel like we never do the exact same thing twice. You are greeted by name at the door by a coach, which makes it like family. You are being coached and encouraged throughout the duration of the class. Coaches are always providing options to any exercise to help you be successful. Best part, classes are 30 minutes. It doesn't matter your level of experience, coaches and members, are encouraging and kind to both new and established members.
February 18 · R. AbbeyCFBBC is one of the best investments that I have made in myself! 10 years ago I was unable to walk after a major hip surgery. Since then it has been a struggle to find a workout routine that is fun, balanced, doesn’t exacerbate old injuries, doesn’t lead to additional injuries, and is accessible (especially as a mom who works full time). Today, I hit a milestone of 100 workouts at CFBBC! This is really huge considering I couldn’t even walk 10 years ago! This milestone is largely due to the wonderful and knowledgeable staff (shout out to Ginger, Tara, and Kristen) who are so kind and motivating at 5 am! CFBBC members are also all so great, and the longevity of their memberships (many over 7 years) speaks to the quality and safety of the daily workouts at CFBBC.
