It's something that becomes a part of your regular routine because you want to make it priority. As a former fitness studio owner, I needed to find that "something" for myself, beyond the classes I taught. A good friend introduced me to Ash several months back. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of body mechanics. At our first meeting he observed my movements and diagnosed my "weaknesses". The variety of workouts is great; you should never be bored. Group classes have also been engaging. He's grown his team to be able to offer more personal and group sessions. Pricing is EXTREMELY fair, especially for personal training!

He is highly qualified, experienced and will help you meet your goals. Every workout is different and you will never be bored. Steve is also great at explaining the why and how for each exercise. You will leave knowing not only good form/mechanics but also how to create a solid workout plan. He has made the gym and lifting less intimdating and I look forward to each session. Be ready to sweat and have fun at CrossRiver Fitness!
