David reached out to me and we scheduled an informational session in which he went into details about CrossFit WindRose, how CrossFit works, your personal goals, etc. I left our meeting feeling good and shortly after, I signed up and it has been the BEST decision I’ve done (switching from traditional gym to CrossFit group workouts)!It all looks intimidating at first but the coaches , the members, the environment and flexibility make it easy and enjoyable. The coaches are always there to help and give positive feedback. The members make the environment very family like and supportive. Windrose members just want to see everyone win/conquer the WOD! Lastly, the flexibility of scaling down your workout especially for beginners. There is always an option if you can’t do certain movements.I can keep going on and on but you will have to just check it out yourself!I highly recommend CrossFit Windrose!
