I joined a year ago and it's been a great experience, as advertised. Crossfit does work, even in only two hours a week I am much more functionally fit than I was when I started - at the orientation, Tim asked "is there anyone who can't run?" and I thought about raising my hand. Now I know I can run - as well as get down on the floor to play with grandkids, get up, lift things, etc. Great community of people with a perfect balance of high standards and supportive environment for all levels. - Ed Swenson
