What an unexpected gem!I was fortunate enough to drop in and meet Patrick, the owner, who also happened to coach the class I joined. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and energized. The class was incredibly well-structured, challenging, and fun—everything you hope for in a CrossFit session.Later, I learned that Patrick is not only the owner of CFMB, but also a karate master, with a unique and deep understanding of movement, training, and health. After 12 years of running CFMB, it’s still a pillar of the community—a place that embodies everything great about CrossFit: passion, consistency, and care.Thank you, Patrick, for the amazing session and for building a space where people can grow stronger, healthier, and more connected. Coach Patrick is very knowledgeable and able to bring the absolute beginner to reach his or her full potential at strength, conditioning, and lifestyle, the correct way. The facility is clean, and highly organized, with great quality equipment and amazing varied workouts. We have been attending since 2021 and are looking forward to many more years of fitness.
March 28 · IrinaIt’s been almost 3 years and time has flown by with this CrossFit community. A fun and friendly place to workout, with great people and great coaches. Conveniently located with classes available to all, new equipment, super clean and expert guidance with all sessions. Highly recommend if you're new to CrossFit, have been doing it for years or just want a great place to workout.
May 18 · Phill FisherI'm a marathoner, triathlete, and Ironman, and have tried working out at many places and this box has been the best. I've registered to multiple gyms, and have had personal trainers, but did not get much out of it in comparison to this establishment. I have been attending for a year now and my stamina and physical ability is at the best level in decades. The owner and trainers really understand the mechanics of each exercise, and also take the initiative to understand every members' abilities and limits and respects them (which is very important).The trainees that attend also become very close knit so it really is a very fun and family-like environment. If you are fortunate that this place is close to you, give it a shot. That being said, I would even travel long distance to be a member of this place-it's that good! So if you truly want to excel and get the most out of your training, I would highly recommend this place.
