The gym was really clean and Braxton was very welcoming, making sure to introduce me to the other athletes in his 425 community. The music was on point, the programming provided a good mix of stretching, strength, and metcon, and Braxton provided coaching and cheering throughout the workout. I’m looking forward to going back!

I felt like by body wasn’t strong enough to flip tires and lift the weight they do.I was a member of a gym and would just do my usual cardio and a bit of weights, nothing more. A co-worker of mine referred a friend and I to CrossFit 425, she told us to pop-in and check it out. After our 3 free pop-ins, we decided to join. The atmosphere of the gym felt welcoming and friendly. I like that people approached us, introduce themselves and welcomed us to the gym, none of that “I’m too cool for school” nonsense.This gym has strived me to become a better person inside and out. Its helped me maintain a healthy weight and build muscle, no more BINGO arms 😊. I could say that I have gain a new family coming to this gym, everyone supports one and another and encourages you to do better.
