She provided a lovely introduction to the material and each class built on and extended the previous classes' learnings. Her approach is kind and respectful, and each exercise left me excited to continue and learn more. Taking these classes has benefited my personal meditation practice as well, especially in having confidence to allow sensations and cultivate subtlety of awareness along with deepening relaxation.

Yonat brings a calmness, and a sense of spaciousness to all of her classes.
