Services Offered
CorePower Yoga - Atlanta Midtown offers a specialized menu of class types, each designed to provide a specific benefit and challenge, catering to all levels from beginner to advanced:
- CorePower Yoga 1 (C1): Fundamental Vinyasa flow classes taught in an unheated room. This foundational class is perfect for beginners to learn core postures and proper alignment while focusing on connecting movement to breath.
- CorePower Yoga 2 (C2): An intense, heated Vinyasa flow (often around 100°F) that builds off C1 postures. This class is designed to turn stress into sweat through more challenging sequences, encouraging deeper stretching and detoxification.
- Yoga Sculpt (YS): A high-intensity, heated class that incorporates hand weights and cardiovascular bursts to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. This class is the ultimate fusion of yoga flow, strength training, and cardio.
- Hot Power Fusion (HPF): A slightly less flow-based, more Hatha-style class that combines the meditative qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga. Taught in the hottest room, this sequence focuses on systematic holds and is known for being calming and restorative despite the heat.
- CoreRestore (CR): A restorative class that uses poses focused on stretching and breathing to reboot and rebuild the body, typically offered without added heat for mobility and active recovery.
- Online Classes and On Demand: Access to a live-streamed schedule and a growing library of classes for members who prefer to practice from home anywhere in the Georgia region.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love it here. Incredible instructors.A few things do need improvement. Please clean the mirrors in the studio. They always have streaks all over them and are dirty. Not a good look. All the lockers are off the hinges, please fix 💗. For the price we pay which is $175 a month for unlimited memberships I’m sure you guys can fix these issues. Thank you.
March 29 · K SEdric's classes are so fun! Full of great music with challenging flows.
July 20 · James SmoleyI like the studio and love the bathrooms! I prefer more alignment based yoga, but with CorePower, you know what you’re getting (ie hot “gym” yoga). But it’s a safe, fun, solid bet for yoga. The drop-in fees are a little outrageous, but if you’re a member or have never been (get that free week), no worries. And this location does validate your parking at one of the nearby parking decks. The teacher I had was similar to other CorePower instructors I’ve had previously - so nothing fabulous, but nothing offensive either.
October 23 · Niki LemleyTLDR; Take a class with TONY B. - you will absolutely love it! Don't waste your time at other Core Power locations...I have tried nearly all in ATL, but Midtown is the best!I have been a member at this location for a while and I cannot emphasize enough how rewarding my experience has been. If you are thinking of joining an organization that supports, uplifts, and destresses...look no further!
January 25 · A TI have had an overall good experience with this company and this location in particular. I live right across the street so it is very convenient.I have really enjoyed the C1 classes with Megan D. She is extremely personable and fun!On the business side, there were some issues with my membership and Sara Wittenberg was extremely helpful in fixing the issues with my account. She is the reason I am staying a member!
