No class is the same week to week even with the same instructor which is why I love the variety & full body work outs so it makes it easy & doable going 5-7x a week you’re never bored or doing the same thing. They offer an awesome 7 day deal for new members! Their schedule is morning & evening classes. The room is big so rarely get waitlisted. $upport local & pay ca$h if u can (they offer a complimentary class when doing so). Street parking is available. Pack your yoga mat, a yoga towel, a small sweat towel & water bottle - see ya in class💪🏼
