Training is individualized and set up to be very flexible which is a must for my son's schedule. The price is really fair, especially compared to other places, and Mike, the owner, is communicative and easy to reach if I have any questions about my son's training. Last of all, my son enjoys it and has seen improvements in both his speed and overall strength.
September 03 · Niki KubiakLuke, the athletic trainer, was great! I have already recommended him to other people! Our first session, he asked lots of questions to get a full assessment of my relevant health history and then he did a full physical evaluation of the area to diagnose the shoulder injury I have. For the rest of our sessions, he explained everything thoroughly and helped me to understand the underlying issues and how to address them going forward. He walked me through several exercises to do and they felt like the exercises I needed to be doing. I have been fairly diligent with the exercises and I am now pain free! Highly recommend him for athletic trainer needs

Luke was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He made sure to explain each step of the process in detail and answer any questions. He also offered tips and tricks for various warm-up exercises, even tailoring these to my specific training. Luke has a warm and welcoming presence and you can truly feel his passion for athletic training.
