Amiee is patiently working with me as l look to achieve some fitness goals that I have set, but more importantly, to help me become stronger and fit in order to improve the overall quality of my daily life. Amiee's high standard of professionalism is based on extensive knowledge and experience (review her extensive number of real certifications, compared to the online fluff ones that anyone can get) and the dedication she has shown to me to really understand what I personally need to work on in order to make sustainable progress. What really sets Amiee apart are her interpersonal skills and ability to communicate very effectively. She is a leader! Her confidence is contagious! I just came back from a very active trip of long days of hiking, sightseeing, horseback riding, etc., in the Black Hills and Badlands of South Dakota, and it felt so great psychologically to feel so good physically doing so much and then waking up the next day and feeling great and ready to go again. This is absolutely a direct result of undertaking a long-term approach to train with Amiee. I know I am positioning myself for an active and quality daily life in the future. I started my fitness journey a few years ago in my late 40s and was riddled with injuries. The programs offered at CT has changed my life. I had no idea how important mobility training and strengthing my hip flexors was to keeping me injury free. A few weeks ago I actually thanked Aimee personally for constantly challenging me, because I was able to lift my mom from her wheelchair chair to get her into my car. I felt so strong and confident that I was able to at “52” lift my aging mom with ease. Strong is definitely the new sexy💪🏾
