January 12 · DavinaBooked a class and highly disappointed in the service . I called prior to arriving and I spoke with Julia to ask if I needed anything. She said I only needed to sign a waiver and bring grip socks. She called me at 12:33P to let me know she wouldn't be able to let me in the class after 12:35P. I told her I was parking and would make it by 12:35P. She said ok she would squeeze me in. I walked through the door at 12:35P. She refused to let me in. She gave me the option to reschedule next week. I explained I wasn't sure I'd be able to reschedule but she didn't care. She still didn't let me in. I stood in the front talking for over a minute. I even stood there showing her my phone that it was 12:36P from standing there talking. She didn't care. Very nonchalant and careless. I commuted far and i can see the class had just got started. I just left Extremely disappointing and will never come to this location again. I forgot to mention I saw online there was another class being offered at 1:30P that she didn't even mention; which showed 3 spots left. I thought to pay online and just take that one since I was already here but after the interaction, I'd never want to support a location that treats their guests this way.
March 22 · Petra DavisCompletely unsatisfied. I have a 4 class a month package and I couldn’t get off the waitlist. I needed to 23 days to be able to get an actual class booked. I spoke to Julia (the soon to be manager) and she instead of offering solutions, urged me instead to cancel because I did not have a « flexible » enough scheduled for the studio. I found her completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had an awful experience and have officially cancelled my membership. I will not be referring anyone to club Pilates and will search for another studio with better customer service and a functional class booking system.

The instructors and staff are amazing, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful! If you’re on the fence but are interested in trying it out. Take a free intro class - you won’t regret it!

Her clear instructions and encouragement made me feel comfortable trying out the movements. I especially liked how Michelle checked in with everyone to ensure proper form and provided helpful modifications. She created such a positive and welcoming environment, and I’m excited to continue learning and improving!
