She went over to myself and others in class to help us with positioning correctly. She even did demonstrations on each exercise and hopped on a machine to teach us what was being done. It was my first class and I was very comfortable and wasn’t singled out. I definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to get back in shape. It was all woman , all different ages and just a lot of fun.

I was told I’d be able to switch studios easily due to a move which has not been the case. Additionally I was charged for an extra month and have had to follow up multiple times for a refund, still outstanding.
