The owner of the Redondo Location, Sienna, is so warm and friendly and immediately makes you feel comfortable. After trying about 4 different instructors now, I've loved the diversity that you can get in every class. Not to mention how kind and motivating everyone is!

I've only been to 2 classes so far, but I've enjoyed both classes and the instructors were very nice, kind when pointing out my form and the location is clean and pleasant to visit. The candlelight class was very relaxing - I'll certainly take that one again!
August 02 · Melanie ShepherdI found out about this place through an ad on Instagram. It said I could try one class for free, so I booked a session online and attended it at the scheduled time. As someone who was trying Pilates for the first time, it was a fascinating experience. During the 30-minute session, I could definitely feel that I was using muscles I normally don't use — it was a good kind of soreness.After the class, they promoted a special offer saying that if I signed up today, I could get $50 off. I needed time to think about it and went home. Later, I decided to sign up over the phone for the plan that includes 8 classes per month, which was advertised as $179.However, when I checked my credit card, I saw that I was charged $228. On the receipt, I noticed an extra $49 was added as a "registration fee." No one had mentioned anything about this $49 fee when I was being offered the deal. They advertised a $50 discount, but never disclosed the registration fee to me.

I love the class size is small, facility is super clean and organized, the staff super friendly, the vibes are always chill and the teachers are just outstandingly kind (especially Lois!). Thanks Club Pilates Redondo Beach for getting me hooked on this form of exercise! These reformer classes are such a fun combination of strength training, deep stretching and cognitive proprioception, I just love it!
