If you want to improve your form and receive feedback/adjustments, this studio isn’t for you. The studio fulfilled a need I had, so I’m grateful for that and I recommend it for beginners.

The only downside to the studio is that the classes fill up very quickly and I typically have to add myself to the waitlist.

It was difficult to hear the instructor (it seemed like she had a mic that wasn’t working?) and she spent half the class reinflating the balls instead of watching us to make sure we were doing the exercises correctly. The instructions that were given were often incomplete (e.g., being told to put your feet on the bar but not being told toes/arches/heels). For the same cost, I think you’re better served by a smaller studio that can give you more attention during your class. It just kind of sucks to fork over $45 to get less direction than you would get from a youtube video.
