June 23 · Henry WeisigerI joined Pilates three months ago looking for a way to tone my body, feeling energized and most of all maintaining good health. This place is a game changer it’s been helping me achieve the goals to want to have a better healthy body. The instructors are professional they each have a unique way of teaching. My three favorite are Gabby, Mileva and Caryl. With Gabby I like her energy and how throughly she explains the steps by step which makes it easy to follow the exercises and her breathing exercises are very relaxing it’s like you are meditating for a minute. Mileva is very nice she is also very patient if you don’t get it right she lets you know how to fix it. Caryl is hard core but I like the way she pushes me to do better and not follow behind. I definitely recommend this place and if you do hopefully it will change your life.
