She puts the work in and by the time you're finished you feel it but in a good way. I didn't realize how stretching and core work was so needed. It has helped me with my balance and coordination. I also realized how one side of my body is weaker than the other and it's helping me correct it. The location is prefect, facility clean and entire staff is very professional and pleasant. I love coming here.

No gimmicky or “specialized” machines, No complicated terminology or unnecessary exercise jargon - just a straightforward reformer class with modifications to suit different levels. Front desk staff was super approachable and Khalil gave an excellent class! I’ll be feeling it tomorrow but looking forward to coming back
