No experience is necessary and it is so easy to learn the basics. I am over 55 and think the low impact workouts would be safe and suitable for most people.The studio is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The instructor will guide you through each movement and suggest corrections or modifications as needed. Instructors Evy, S. Daley and Hamdah are great morning coaches - any of their classes will leave you feeling stronger and energized for the day!

The instructors are amazing. They have lots of different times for classes to accommodate any schedule. I go to Evy’s classes often and she is fantasticI just want to add to my review to be careful if you need to cancel any classes. I have two loved ones I care for in Hospice. One of my loved ones passed away and I had to cancel a class. I was charged $15.00 cancellation fee and told that I signed the contract agreeing to this fee. I was also told I should have called that day. I did call but I called in case someone could get into the class. They did reimburse me the $15.00 which I appreciate. I just had to cancel another class due to my mom’s hospice. I was eight minutes past the 12 hour mark. I always cancel days ahead which is rare that I cancel but these were special circumstances. I just want to make people aware.
August 25 · DIANA CASTLEBERRYClub Pilates is great! I took an intro class about a month ago and decided I liked Pilates and was just going to sign up and do it (although I was scared). I’m not in shape and am self conscious in normal gym environments. I love Club Pilates because there are people of all age groups, body types and fitness levels. Also everyone is focused on themselves and what they are doing so I don’t feel bad for messing up or how I look. Classes fly by so fast because we are continuously switching what we are doing. I love how no 2 classes have been the same. I will definitely continue my classes with you guys!
July 30 · Erin WhitmanAfter being diagnosed with osteoporosis, taking Pilates classes was recommended to me by my physician. I was very happy when the North Club Pilates studio opened near me. After, 2 months, at age 70, I can actually see a bicep muscle! I’m a little nervous before each class, it isn’t easy, but every class is different, each instructor is different and when the class ends, I feel like I really accomplished something. It beats trying to motivate myself to lift weights at home, and we women need to keep working on our strength as we grow older.
