Each one brings a different but cohesive style to their class. I started on November 2024 and I am no longer sore as long as I attend 3x week. Lots of flexibility with memberships. I’d highly recommend this studio especially if you want become more flexible and healthy.

I enjoyed my initial intro class so much that I immediately signed up for a membership. I'm so glad that I did! I feel great and have seen noticable results quickly. The classes are fun and the 50 minutes flys by. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a Pilates studio or want to give Pilates a try!
