The studio offers a progression of classes from foundational beginner levels up to advanced mastery, utilizing equipment like the Reformer, EXO-Chair, Springboard, and TRX. This systematic approach ensures that whether you are brand new to Pilates or looking for an advanced challenge, you can find a suitable and effective path at this Los Gatos location.
Club Pilates is strategically located in a high-traffic, accessible area of the Los Gatos community, making it an easy destination for residents of the 95032 zip code and surrounding South Bay areas. The exact address is 14010 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032, USA. Situated along a major thoroughfare, the studio offers both visibility and convenience.
Understanding the needs of the California public, the facility has ensured accessibility for all potential clients:

- Wheelchair accessible parking lot
For practical planning, the facility handles transactions seamlessly by accepting both Credit cards and Debit cards for membership dues and any retail purchases, such as the required grip socks. While the location itself is convenient, local users should note that the studio’s popularity means pre-planning is essential for securing a class time.

Due to high demand, particularly for morning and evening classes, new and existing members should prepare to utilize online booking tools and adhere to the Appointments recommended policy for optimal scheduling.
Choosing Club Pilates Los Gatos is a decision to invest in high-quality, specialized fitness that delivers profound long-term benefits for the body. The fundamental reason this studio is a top choice in the Bay Area is the exceptional caliber of the instructors (like Katie, Olivia, and Amy) and the proven effectiveness of the Reformer-based workout. Clients report tangible results, including significant core strength improvement and successful injury recovery. This is a testament to the comprehensive training the instructors receive.
However, local users must be aware of the studio’s key logistical challenges, specifically the high demand leading to limited class availability during peak hours and a strict 12-hour cancellation policy (which includes penalties for late arrival, even by a few minutes). While this rigidity is frustrating for some, it is the trade-off for attending a studio where classes are consistently popular and full, which, in turn, keeps the energy and motivation high.
If you are prepared to book your sessions at least a week in advance and commit fully to the studio's operational rules, the benefit is access to a clean, well-equipped facility and some of the best Pilates instruction in the 95032 area. For a life-changing, low-impact workout that focuses on the mind-body connection and sustainable physical health, Club Pilates Los Gatos remains a premier destination, provided you master the art of advanced class scheduling.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been attending Club Pilates at the Los Gatos location for about a year now. The studio is clean, and they have some great instructors who bring variety in their workout styles. Personally, the classes have been very beneficial in helping me build core strength and even aided my recovery after a shoulder injury. That said, there are a couple of areas where I think the experience could be improved:Class availability: It’s extremely difficult to get into most morning and evening classes unless you book at least a week in advance. Afternoon slots are usually open, but that’s not always practical. I haven’t experienced this issue at other Club Pilates locations or with other types of fitness classes I take.Cancellation policy: The rules here are unusually strict. You need to cancel 12 hours before class, and even if you’re just a few minutes late due to something uncontrollable (like traffic), you can still be fined. Out of 100+ classes I’ve attended, this happened to me twice. In both cases, the classes weren’t full and I even offered to join the next open session, but I was still charged. Other studios I’ve tried are more flexible and willing to make exceptions for genuine circumstances.Overall, I enjoy the workouts and the instructors, but the scheduling challenges and rigid policies make the experience less customer-friendly than it could be.
September 04 · Lipsa RoutIts so dissapointing to see so many negative reviews. I have to address these reviews because quite frankly its hard enough to get a workout in between work, family and bay area traffic - i would hate to see a good thing go!If you are new to pilates this is a great studio for you..When they first opened they only offered intro classes and beginner level 1 classes, so classes were limited while having to work out the kinks of so many members and only so many openings. However, the flow is great and I am able to get in most classes a month in advance ( I also get in on almost every waitlist).I had a few months where the charges were incorrect (they charged me a different rate although i was supposed to be grandfathered in at a certain lower rate) I brought it to their attention and it was fixed in moments. Im really not sure where people go off saying the employees are rude because I go 3-4 times a week and never encountered a nasty attitude. And its not a scam- CP is a chain. Also, they did have some bathroom issues off and on but finally were able to get it fixed. There is no such thing as not allowing customers in- they would never!Anyways... give them a try. I absolutely love Katie, Olivia and Amy. They all offer something different but they each keep classes interesting! My only complaint for corporate would be that I would love to be able to pay my monthly membership in advance as opposed to an automated process. Other than that no complaints. The front desk staff are very nice!
July 18 · Alyssa MedranoI was very happy when I saw that this club had opened. I immediately went to sign up for classes and emphasized that I was only willing to buy a membership if I could attend classes every Saturday at 8 AM, as this is the only time slot I have. I was assured that it would be possible. The first month came, and I couldn’t book any of the classes because there were never any available. Before the second month started, I asked to cancel my membership because they never had available spots. The manager suggested postponing the payment date and told me that as soon as the payment went through, they would reserve all Saturday classes for me. The payment went through, but no one reserved anything for me. I checked the schedule for the entire month ahead, and there wasn’t a single class available to reserve, except for a 30-minute intro session meant for first-time attendees. They enrolled more clients than they have classes or reformers, making money off it, while people have no opportunity to attend classes. Furthermore, they mislead their clients by promising something they can’t deliver. I tried to resolve this issue calmly and simply asked for a refund. The manager, whose name is Marian, constantly lies, provides incorrect information, and in the end, they said they could cancel my membership, but no one would refund my money. I received an entirely incorrect email after which I asked them to address the issues in their system. To me, this looks like outright fraud.
October 21 · Iryna NykytenkoReally disappointed with the studio. Signed up as a founding member for an unlimited plan. As many others, I had significant challenges with getting into classes. Waitlists are very long, making your schedule very unpredictable. Layer in coaches not showing up or calling in sick consistently… it makes actually leveraging an unlimited plan impossible unless you book over a month in advance. If you love dropping in, this studio is definitely not going to be able to accommodate you. Additionally there have been ongoing facilites issues (no bathroom) for nearly 2 months. It’s just a shame this studio isn’t really viable to go to.If you do give it a go, Amy, Diana and Katie are all great instructors. Very knowledgeable and give great corrections & modifications if needed.
January 23 · Gina CapellaDO NOT JOIN the membership, they are like a scam. It is a total waste of your money.I initially liked this studio despite some disorganization because there were some good instructor. However, their service has fallen far below acceptable standards. Here’s why:1. Incorrect No-Show Fees: I was repeatedly charged no-show fees even though I attended the classes. When I disputed these charges, all my pre-booked class schedules were suddenly removed from the system, making it impossible for me to attend classes. Given that bookings need to be made a month in advance, this was extremely frustrating.2. Poor Customer Support: I reached out via email and phone to resolve this, but they only responded via email and insisted my schedules were removed because I hadn’t paid my membership. This made no sense, as they had been auto-charging my credit card for membership fees (and the disputed no-show fees) all along.3. Unfair Treatment: When I decided to cancel my membership due to these issues, they claimed I hadn’t paid for three months of membership because I refuted the charges. And I cannot cancel my membership due to this. In reality, I only disputed the no-show fees and hidden charges. My credit card company confirmed all valid charges were paid. And, this is why this place is like a scam. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of care for members, refusal to resolve issues over the phone, and wrongful charges make it impossible for me to recommend this studio.
