Each instructor takes the time to explain to you what is going on especially for those of us that are new. You do a wide range of exercise exercises without the full stress of muscles. Pilates is perfect for people getting back into working out or looking for instruction if you have a little bit of limitations. It works every inch of your body without the stress. Every exercise works your core and strengthens it. This is my second month of Pilates and I’ve done 15 classes even after having knee surgery the middle of the month. I recommend Club Pilates in Newtown Square as top notch! Thank you so much for helping me and making me look forward to coming!!
