Shannon especially has been such an incredible resource throughout my pregnancy and takes extra care every class to make sure each move is safe for me + baby. Also have to give a shout to Katie at the front desk! She gives the studio such a personal touch. Highly recommend to absolute beginners, advanced, and prenatal alike.

She is outstanding if you are looking for comprehensive posture coaching, support, and direction. Her tribe chases her classes. Shannon is calm & wise and a good listener. I mostly just want to gate-keep her ;)

It is abundantly clear Sarah is a highly skilled, experienced Pilates teacher. She knows the body on a deep level which made me feel safe and taken care of. June 26 · Premstar SantanaTook a 30 min intro class with Megan. She was friendly, upbeat, and gave great direction. She also gave hands on care if needed. The class was a good warm up for someone who neeeds to take it slow. Clean and nice studio.
August 11 · claudia garciaI have been attending Club Pilates since December and have noticed a lot of changes in my body! I'm more toned, stronger and getting more flexable. Club Pilates has been a game changer for me! I really enjoy my Monday and Tuesday classes with Shannon! She's so patient and really make sure we're doing the exercises correctly! I love that she is engaged on our form and placement and the hands on corrections. I do realize that's challenging in a group setting.
