They have something for everyone and can always offer modifications in group workouts if you have some type of physical limitation. I've done group, semi, and private training here and have never been disappointed in what they have to offer. The change up the workouts every month which keeps it interesting and challenging so that you're getting the most out of your time at the gym. I absolutely love the atmosphere of this gym. It has a "cheers" vibe and you really get to know your workout buddies. It is friendly place with good people. You will not find another gym like this.

I love the weight lifting classes. They are so thoughtfully designed to help you improve your functional mobility. There are different classes each week that focus on strength, power, and stability. The workouts are changed each month to keep things interesting and your body guessing. The coaches lead your through a warm up and cool down with each and every class. They truly cover all parts of an effective workout, AND my favorite part is that I don't have to take the mental energy to plan such a comprehensive workout! Absolutely worth it for busy professionals. If you feel like you already think too much at work and have decision fatigue in other areas of your life, but want to stay fit, you will greatly appreciate this gym. You show up, enter an uplifting community, and get a fantastic workout.
