Deciding on a fitness center is a personal choice, and the Cincinnati Sports Club offers a unique value proposition that is worth considering, especially for those in Ohio. The club's greatest strength lies in its comprehensive, all-in-one approach to wellness. It is not just a place to lift weights; it is a full-service health and social destination. The availability of on-site medical services like physical therapy, along with specialized programs such as the HMR Weight Loss Program, provides a level of integrated care that you won’t find at most traditional gyms. This focus on holistic well-being is a significant benefit for members seeking more than just a place to work out. The vast array of amenities, from an extensive list of group classes and year-round racquet sports to the resort-style pool complex and a luxurious spa, means there is something to meet every need and interest. This diversity ensures that members won't get bored and can adapt their routine to fit their mood or goals. For families, the presence of childcare and youth programs is a huge convenience, making it easier to prioritize health without the stress of finding separate arrangements for children. The strong social component also sets it apart. It’s a place to build community, which can be a powerful motivator for staying consistent with a healthy lifestyle. While membership and appointments are required, the club's high-quality services and expansive facilities seem to justify the investment for many. Based on a reviewer’s perspective, the club can truly become a "home away from home" for its members. The amenities are top-notch, with clean locker rooms and a wide variety of equipment and classes. However, it's also worth noting that the club's popularity can lead to overcrowding during peak hours, and some members have expressed concerns about the customer service and non-negotiable fees. These are important factors to consider, but for those who value a clean, comprehensive, and community-focused environment with a wide range of offerings, the Cincinnati Sports Club presents a compelling option. Its blend of fitness, wellness, and social opportunities provides a robust platform for improving one’s life in a way that goes far beyond a typical workout routine.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love it here, the club has become our home away from home since moving here. My husband and I come here sometimes just to hang out and get dinner by the pool, and of course to work out! The shower and locker room areas are so clean and everything I need is provided!
August 11 · Sarah WI recently had a very disappointing experience at Cincy Sports Club that I feel compelled to share. As a member for a while now, I've enjoyed many aspects of the club until this spring/summer season.Firstly, the initiation fee is a complete scam. They claim it creates a barrier to entry, but from my experience working at competitor luxury health clubs, this is typically negotiable. The fee keeps increasing, and if you're considering joining, know that I've had friends join in the past year who were all offered different prices – so don’t give up on negotiating!I joined because I prefer clubs with a sauna, free towels, and included classes. Plus, the adult pool is a great way to catch up and relax with friends. However, since joining, the women’s sauna has been broken the majority of the time, the cardio machines are always full during busy times, and on three occasions this year, there were no available chairs at the adult pool.My main gripe is the customer service. A few weeks ago, I reserved a spot to bring a guest, but upon arrival, the manager of membership services and the front desk staff were incredibly hostile and uncooperative. The club’s outdated mobile app is not user-friendly and slow, and despite having a reservation, they showed no willingness to work with me when I had mistakenly reserved the wrong pool for my guest. Considering it was 4 PM, I had a chair next to me already with a towel on it, and there were at least 30 or more chairs available on the adult pool deck, you'd think they would realize this was an honest mistake and allow us to proceed. Unfortunately, the front desk staff seemed to have had enough arguments that day and immediately called the manager up to the desk. The overcrowding at the club has become unbearable. With the influx of new members this year, it's increasingly difficult to enjoy the facilities without feeling cramped. When you combine this with the lack of customer-friendly service, it becomes hard to justify the commute, cost, and lack of available machines, weights, and pool chairs.Spending thousands of dollars at a club should at least afford you the courtesy of a friendly and understanding conversation. Unfortunately, my recent interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a member. The club's inability to provide even basic customer service is very disappointing. This isn’t how you keep members, and it is very apparent that they aren’t interested in retaining us
July 02 · Tara OsborneI have been a member of the CSC for several years. Over the past 4-6 weeks, members of gym floor staff and gym floor management have been increasingly rude to my husband and I, over issues of footwear and outdoor gym use. Despite us speaking with management about the behavior of gym floor staff and adhering to the footwear policy, the behavior continued. I have never experienced such consistently rude treatment as a customer at a place of business. After years of highly recommending this gym to friends and coworkers, I am highly disappointed in the CSC and will not go back.
July 18 · Kelli JarrellAwfully expensive for a lesser than average gym and poorly maintained locker room. Some of the gym equipment is solid and the cardio equipment is fine. Maybe it’s a better experience if you take advantage of the outdoor area/pools/classes.
June 22 · Sam GloverDrove an hour to come to this site so I can participate in their body pump class. But apparently they are members only and have no day passes and have nobody on site to even sell you a membership. Nowhere on the website Does it give you any of this information. I travel the country on business so I visit health clubs all over the country. I like to find body pump classes that are happening in an area that I'm flying through and attend. So in comparison to my experiences all over the country, this is one of the worst. And as I'm looking at the reviews, I'm quickly seeing that I am not the only one.
