July 27 · Tomokazu KatoI’ve had the absolute best experiences training at Chinatown Flow! The trainers aren’t just incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft — they’re also genuinely kind, supportive, and fun to be around 🤩. They go above and beyond to make sure you get the care you need, whether that’s pushing you toward your goals or taking extra time to assess an injury. I always leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and motivated to keep going. Can’t wait to keep training with this amazing team!

July 27 · Adjani VivasChinatown Flow is a true gem of the neighborhood. I have been going to Nic for over two years now. His deep knowledge around training for all skill levels and the support he gives his clients keeps people coming back. Always such a good vibe and great to bring friends to the group classes too.
July 28 · Matthew KelsonGreat place if you want to be on your fitness journey and don’t know where to start. I’m always hesitant to go to the gym by myself because i need some direction! Chinatown flow got coach nic by your side to correct you and keep it pushing when you need a little more. There’s days when i don’t want to lift either and they have a good mix of other workouts to do like mobility and pilates to switch it up through the week. It’s clean & classes are pretty intimate (like max of 8?) so u do get proper support and aren’t neglected. I’m a repeat client so see u in class if you reading this !!
