★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can definitely recommend Central Studio for several reasons - the equipment, varied offerings, and the excellent teachers. I have been going to this studio for years and can't not say enough about my Pilates teacher - Amy - always positive and veryknowledgeable about what routines would benefit me the most.
March 26 · l hillI started going to Central Studio to have an exercise class and to strengthen my core. I have been taking the Saturday Pilates class for two years now and I love it! The instructor is Amy who is the best instructor I have ever had and is so experienced and it is a fun class. I look forward to this class every week. I have gotten stronger and I feel better! Thank you to Amy and owner Mary Ellen! You are professional and caring!
February 20 · Maria KremsreiterI love Central Studio. Pilates has changed my life and made me a healthier person mentally and physically.
April 10 · Barbara BrinkmanOriginally, I chose Central Studio because of the locations, but I stayed because I love the classes and I feel accepted, encouraged, and like a member of a family. I also enjoy the company of my classmates. If I were to tell someone else about the studio, I'd say, Go! Mary Ellen is amazing (I'm a teacher and I'm enraptured by good teaching wherever I find it), the other teaches are highly qualified and good in their differing ways, you'll feel emotionally and physically comfortable, you'll get all the modifications you need if you need them, and it will bring joy to your life.
July 10 · Jill LevinI’d rate it a 5. Always relaxed, friendly, laidback and welcoming. Great instructors that are dedicated.
