The best part is hearing new members talk about how strong they have become, how their fitness journey made leaps and bounds, how their confidence is soaring, and most of all how much they love this community. I can’t recommend this gym enough. It’s perfect for all levels of fitness, people just beginning or more advanced athletes, all ages, all demographics. I have been a member at Carpe Diem CrossFit since they opened their doors in May, 2021 and cannot say enough great things about this place. Carpe Diem is a beautiful (and CLEAN!) facility with excellent coaches/staff. Plenty of equipment and space to work out safely. Coaches will work with anyone at any fitness level. If unable to perform specific movement due to disability or injury - they will work with you to make the appropriate modifications. Carpe Diem has a "welcoming community vibe" that you will feel the minute you walk in the door.
