There is no judgment about your skill level; they want each person to push themselves and do their best. With each exercise the trainers suggest a modification to the routine which is great for folks who are just starting out. The trainers are very energetic and encouraging, but are really focused on making sure each attendee is getting the most our of their workout, focusing on form. They start on the dot and 45 minutes later they conclude. This is the perfect place for folks who want community and for those of us who want to come in, focus, and get it done.

I have so enjoyed being a member of this community and have seen amazing results physically and mentally this year because of it. The trainers and staff are always excited to see you and do a great job motivating you while you are on the floor. Even in a big group, they go above and beyond to make you feel seen throughout your work out. I also love that they do so many activities for members outside of camp. I I would love to gatekeep these guys for myself, but I know so many people could benefit from this team!
