Ingrid is a wonderful instructor who incorporates a variety of different types of yoga in a healing atmosphere. This is very helpful as we learn how to be in a syngergist state of well being and healing for the mind, body, and soul. Ingrid is pateint, caring, loving and takes her time, making sure each participant is comfortable with each method and movement. As we explore more about the benefits of improving the practice of peace, meditation, mindfullness, self-healing, and physical stretching and flexibility, we grow within our inner being, while also improving our state of physical health.
