She tailors your programming based on your goals and prioritizes form and overall physical health above all. When I came to Danielle I was having trouble lifting heavy weight due to poor form and aching joints. She built a functional program for me where I consistently built strength and was able to target my problem areas in a safe environment. In the months I have been training I have learned so much while reaching my physical goals! I wouldn’t trust my fitness journey with anyone else!

I started working out with her with the intent of toning up a bit and becoming stronger, and thankfully I’ve gained that and so much more. I tend to be very uncoordinated but she’s always patient and does a great job with breaking things down for me to understand. Not only all of this, but my circle of strong, empowering, badass women just got a lot bigger. 10/10 recommend!

April 20 · Amanda GDanielle is amazing. I began working out with her 1 year ago and began to feel and see results after one month. She not only helps you understand why we conduct certain exercises (e.g. muscles) but she also ensures form is correct. She incorporates mobility and stretching to also ensure muscles are warmed up prior to lifting. While I have moved away from Atlanta, I see that training with her virtually is just as effective. Highly recommend her.
