Modifications, upgrades, tweaks to my form, plus a super-friendly vibe – this class was truly great. It was also a memorable experience on a 109° day – so much for my old excuses about what I can’t do when it’s “too hot”! I felt amazing after this class, can’t wait to return.

The classes are rigorous, working the entire body. He thinks outside the box and integrates outdoor turf workouts as well running stairs. The members are very supportive of each other. A very healthy place for both the mind and body!
