As I have gotten older, it has become harder and harder, but the trainers here have taught me so much and have helped me to reach my goals! Susan runs the cleanest gym in town (even the bathrooms feel like a fancy hotel room), great classes, excellent trainers and cool people to work out with. I started with 10-class passes but switched to a monthly membership this year as I knew I would go as often as possible. Highly recommended.
