★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Breathe and Play Everyday has been a second home for our family. I have a 10 month old son, and we’ve been coming since he was an infant. The studio and owners are incredibly welcoming and inclusive of all ages and all abilities. Our favorite classes are zumbini and family yoga. Mila’s yoga class allows me to workout, and bring my son to play at the same time. We’ve done gymnastics, swim lessons and yoga at other local studios and nothing compares! You need to check this place out!
March 26 · Jennifer RiesenbergI cannot say enough good things about Breathe and Play Every Day! We've tried kids' yoga, family yoga, adult gentle yoga, and adult yoga flow ... each class has been a perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and body/mind awareness. It is such a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment for both kids and adults - as much as I enjoy the yoga classes themselves, I equally love just hanging out before and after class, talking and sharing stories with other parents (and my 3-year-old loves playing with the other kids and all the fun toys in the waiting room). I feel really lucky to have found such a special studio!
November 30 · Abby Lauer RoughtonThis place is an absolute gem! Not only do my girls LOVE going here every week for yoga, but we just did a birthday party here and it was incredible! The owners took care of everything, the class was so well managed and the kids all had an amazing time. The studio is so welcoming and relaxing, it really is the perfect spot. Highly recommend Breathe and Play Every Day!
March 25 · jen simonsI am so grateful to have found this place! The teachers here are kind, compassionate, understanding, and thoughtful. The whole space is laid out in a way that is welcoming to the new parent. I have brought my daughter to several yoga classes and the zumbini class. I showed up to the wrong age level zumbini and Mila couldn’t have been more welcoming and understanding- and my daughter LOVED it! What a fun way to engage with my 3 month old. And then I showed up an hour early to the mommy and me class by accident and Colleen couldn’t have been nicer. She assured me it was no problem that I accidentally interrupted prenatal by coming in so early (🤦♀️) and encouraged me to relax in their break room and feed my daughter/rest/eat snacks until class started. I then had an amazing session where I not only got to flow and relax but I also learned a new way to breast feed and I had a break from soothing my daughter while I could rest and Colleen could take over. My favorite part of class was when she assisted me in child’s pose by having my daughter sit on my back. So sweet! And I was so grateful to have a break and know she was in good hands. I left feeling so well taken care of! I even left with Mother’s milk tea with agave- delicious! I hadn’t tried that yet. Colleen also showed me how I may have diastasis recti (separation of the abs) and how to adjust my practice for it and rebuild my core. We also talked about ways to make breastfeeding less painful. This place is a gift for any new mom or soon to be mom! All I can say is thank you! I am blown away!
July 30 · Amie LytleVery nice yoga center. My daughters love going to classes. My oldest does yoga and adores her teacher. (She's a very helpful, nice, and kind teacher.)They also offer Zumbini classes for the little ones. My little one is 2 and has a lot of fun. The classes are very entertaining. The playroom is also very nice. When the adults do yoga, moms can chat in the next room, sitting on the couch and drinking a herbal tea, while the little ones can play in the playroom.
