Not only was she warm and welcoming, but her instruction was clear and concise. Jocelyn is truly a Yoga teacher. She is caring and a devoted student of yoga. She teaches the ancient yet timeless techniques and principles of the wise ones. She offered cues to my pace and breath. I felt great during our time together, most importantly I felt a new found connection to my own practice through the wisdom of the breath.
