It was a well mixed workout plan for the group and as an older person, recovering from major surgery, he was flexible, supportive and friendly. Nice location too.
August 22 · Lori GI move to the area last July and was on the hunt for a new gym. I know I needed a gym that would challenge me to be better by working out, be filled with quality coaches who would challenge me to improve my skills, and be filled with individuals from the community that cared for one another. After trying out many gyms in Philly, I am so happy I found BFP. BPF has pushed me to step outside my comfort zone by working on my weaknesses and this gym is filled with the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met. Jim and Rachel are simply the best and I cannot thank them enough for the space they have created at BFP!

I definitely hit a dud or two… Until I wandered into BPF. This gym is even more than that. It truly is a community. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and even fun! And they can and do perform the workouts. That is important for me. It’s hard for me to be motivated by someone who I know can’t do what they’re asking of me. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Jim (the owner and coach) and his coach staff do such an amazing job to make the culture welcoming, supportive, and fun. Beyond the workouts, we get together for barbecues, Friendsgiving, sporting events, and even an annual Prom! At BPF it’s not about how much weight is on your bar, it’s about pushing yourself where you are right now on your fitness journey so you can reach your goals. The workouts and movements have options for everyone from new beginners to seasoned athletes. The coaches are always teaching so that your form improves and you minimize the risk of injury.
