★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Brassy Buddha is such a special place.Carmen is an incredible owner who loves what she does and wants to make sure that you get the right experience. She has a special needs yoga class that I bring my brother to. It's been so helpful to him and a great way to come together with people of all needs. The space is so cute and inside ono bowls.I would recommend to anyone looking for a good workout as well- I tried hot yoga for the first time and loved it!
June 28 · Veronica MillerNever thought I would love Hot yoga, especially in the heat of the summer, but Carmen is so zen and the heat allows you to stretch and thrive in each class. Give it a try and you’ll be hooked too!
July 20 · Kirsten FallonCarmen is absolutely incredible. Her studio is such an experience, like you’re walking into a speakeasy. Walk through Ono Bowls to the infrared heated studio with high ceils with chandelier fans, full Buddha mural wall and mirrors to check your posture. Her voice is calming, the movement is activating and you will leave feeling renewed. Her workshops are fresh, she has wellness Wednesdays with private massage sessions by CitiZEN Mobile Massage. Her most recent event, Self-Cae Social included an outdoor wellness market on Quimby St with next level classes inside the studio.I am most excited for her Farm Yoga FEST this fall. Animals and yoga sign me up.
August 16 · Krista LittleI’ve only taken a couple of classes at Brassy Buddha, but I’m already eager to return! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, Carmen is knowledgeable, attentive, and so positive. As a physical therapist, I really appreciate the focus on proper alignment and mindful movement. The classes are thoughtfully designed and Carmen wants to help students deepen their practice, which I find incredibly valuable.Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to enhance your current routine, I highly recommend this studio. I’m excited to make it a regular part of my schedule!
December 14 · LeeAnn PotochneySunday Yin w/ Carmen: I love this class, and I mean that with my entire heart. Carmen's yin class was the very thing that pulled me into yoga AND this community in 2022.The ambiance is always beautiful: the lighting, the studio itself, the class setup, the aroma, the music especially, and her words. My body becomes so relaxed, and I am able to *fully* unwind, as well as release emotions in the comfiest & safest space. It is a blessing in my life. What makes this class is Carmen's knowledge--it's interwoven into her words, and it's an experience that is entirely unique to her & is beautiful. 10/10 would recommend (and bring a friend! Or a loved one!)
