hot yoga
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Judit is a great teacher and the space is warm and clean. She has a great community of people and does hot yoga regularly. I go multiple times every week. She also provides great personalized feedback and guidance to all of us.
December 27 · Henry RompI have been doing Hot Yoga on and off over the last decade and nothing makes me feel better. Sometimes life gets in the way, and I find myself falling out of practice. This has really allowed me to see the difference it makes. Not only does it help me to maintain strength, a healthy body weight, and to sleep; it also eases joint and tendon pain caused by chronic Lyme’s disease. But if Hot Yoga isn’t for you, there are other options at this studio, such as Deep Relaxation and Resoritive classes.Having tried various styles of yoga in many different countries, I can assure you that Judit is a wonderful teacher. She is the perfect mixture of a genuine and caring person who also knows how to encourage those who attend her more intensive classes. I have been taking her classes for a few years, but only just visited her new studio this week. It is cozy, clean, and inviting. Whether you are looking to relax, slowly rehab an injury, take your fitness to the next level, or just compliment your already vigorous workout routine; there is something for everyone.
