It's been even better than my expectations. Like any good program, they shuffle emphasis on body parts and cardio so you can go every day if you want and not be too sore from a previous workout.The coaches do a great job of keeping an eye on form while encouraging people to push to their potential. I was recently returning from 2 weeks off due to back pain (from yoga, no less!) and they showed me how to modify the exercises so I wouldn't aggravate my back. They also checked in often during class to make sure I was fine.I did Orange Theory for years and F45 for several months, but BFT is my people!
