I did not know what to expect going in, so I just focused on my intention and kept it in my mind throughout the session. A few minutes after the first workshop started, I got overwhelmed by the breathing technique, as it took a lot of effort from me, and I wondered if I could survive one hour of this. But after ten-fifteen minutes I was fully immersed in the process and enjoyed it. I felt that my body needed it; time flew by. It is hard to put the experience in words. Throughout the hour, I went through many different emotions, all of which felt intense, and by the end of the session I just felt lighter, different. I felt a shift in me. And in another workshop I felt the area around my heart become as soft as a cloud, it felt as if my hands were resting on a cloud - that’s how open my heart felt. I recommend these workshops by Arthur.
