Nick and Bobby love everyone that walks through these doors and everyone in this gym has never made me feel more welcome. The equipment itself is so well optimized and you have just about everything you need to do major bodybuilding exercises at any public gym with much less travel between machines and practically 0 wait throughout my 3 months. I can not recommend this place enough!

As a hotel guest I was able to purchase a $5 day pass, - great value!It’s much more compact & has less equipment than your typical suburban big box gym like LA Fitness or Crunch, but is far better than the typical hotel gym (and the Aloft Hotel does have one). For example it has a barbell/squat rack, and multiple cable machines.

It's never crowded, super clean and organized, and very welcoming. Bob, the owner, really cares about the gym and is very helpful in making things go right for you. The training sessions were affordable. Nick, Brad, and the other trainers are knowledgeable and push you throughout the session so that you actually get a tough workout while you're there.

Not only was it affordable, but the facility was immaculately clean, had the perfect range of free weights and guided equipment, no crowd, and exceptionally kind and accommodating staff. The trainer on shift even helped me out on my last set. Next time I’m in Buffalo this will be undoubtedly my go-to gym.
