March 19 · Keysha SullivanI have been coming to Body Alive for years, and each location and instructor has their own uniqueness. This was my first time at Anderson, and I enjoyed the coziness of the smaller studio! Madi is awesome, and their is so much energy in her class! I will definitely be back, when I am in the area again! I took my most recent classes with Ansley and Hailey, and they were both highly energetic! I also just got finished with an awesome Hot Mat Pilates class with Katie! It was just what I needed, in order for me to get one last sweat in before vacation! I always enjoy coming to this location, whenever I am in the area!Update: As of this writing I can now proudly say that I am an official member of this location!
August 26 · Chris BauerIt was my very first hot Pilates class and I enjoyed it. The instructor was helpful and informative and recognized that it was my first class upon checking in. She was thoughtful and explained all the details one might know if you haven’t been there before.I really enjoyed this experience and I’ll definitely be back!
August 05 · Kelly RabahI love this studio! All the instructors are amazing. I leave every time feeling like I just had the best workout ever.
August 17 · Kaitlyn TI have had some great workouts here. I like that they are quick, and mostly maximize the time allotted. There was a time where I didn’t feel like I was getting quality classes, so I paused over the winter. I recently came back, and the 10:30 classes I attended yesterday was fantastic. My only complaint is lack of yoga, one of the other reasons I paused going. They would have classes listed over the winter, and last minute it would change to Pilates, which was very frustrating as 4:15 is extremely hard to make work as it is. I would love to see more yoga times offered, as it’s 90% Pilates classes. Variety would be nice to see!
