My husband and I have Quincy as our personal trainer, 3 times a week; and we have achieved very good results. We’ve, now, been working with Quincy for about 6 months and we’ve been quite pleased with the training program he provides for us. Strength, cardio, balance, core routines are incorporated in the training. The routines are always diverse so that every session is a workout. Quincy takes great care in our well-being and gives a very personal touch as a trainer. Give him a try, I guarantee you’ll be glad that you did.
