I am part of a two or three person class, two to three times a week, where we each get her attention to our individual needs. Because of her dance background, and her extensive Pilates training, she understands the body, movement and proper alignment and how we can each achieve our individual potential.Because of Jennifer’s program I have become much stronger, and my long standing neck/back issues have improved significantly.Her studio is bright, welcoming and with such a friendly vibe.
