I've bounced around from one fad to another to doing nothing to the next fad, until I joined Beth's class. She is very patient and very flexible (pun intended). She accommodates my physical limitations and teaches the correct way to modify an exercise. She also accommodates my crazy travel schedules given ample notice of course. She maintains a positive, nurturing, and caring ambiance in the studio - despite what's happening in the outside world. She has caught my mind wandering away several times to the "real" world and she calls me back to the present - at least while on the reformer. In her studio, she aims to bring you peace if not BLISS. (Yes, another pun.)You will not find a better instructor in the valley who sincerely cares about your well-being.

Great personaility and caring attitude makes this class entirely worth it. Julie makes sure you are positioned correctly and explains things to you in a way that even a Yoga newbie can understand! I was very impressed and will definitely be back to take more classes from her!
